Rules
- The pass is valid for the entire school year. - Minimum opening bid is $5. - Each new bid must be at least $1 above the current highest bid. - Bids are whole dollars only. - No payment is taken when you bid. The PTO arranges payment with the winner after bidding closes. - If a bid is placed in the final minute, the clock resets to one minute. Bidding ends when a full minute passes with no new bids. - Bidders are shown publicly by number only. Your name and contact information are never displayed. - You must be signed in to bid. - The Eagle Express pass is for a student enrolled at North Smyrna Elementary. You do not have to be a parent to bid, but the pass must be used for a student who attends NSE. If the winning bidder has no student enrolled at NSE, the pass will transfer to the next highest bidder. - The winning bidder will be contacted by email within 24 hours of bidding closing. The winner has 48 hours to reply and 5 days from that initial contact by the PTO to complete payment. If we do not hear back within the initial 48 hours, the Eagle Express pass will transfer to the next highest bidder.
